Mô tả Công việc
- Be the translator and interpreter between FVH staff and Korean
patients for any matter (admissions, consultations, insurance, etc…):
- Welcome and assist Korean patients when they come to FVH.
- Handle duty phone, translate between FVH staff and Korean when they need (especially during the night and the weekend).
- Undertake other tasks as may be required from time to time by Korean Patient Coordinator and Patient Services Manager
- Work with Marketing department to check the brochures, advertisements, which were translated into Korean language
- And other assigned tasks.

- At least 3 year experienced as similar position

- Have the sense of Customer Service
- Ability to work under pressure and in an environment of a multi-national culture
- Mastery of effective communication skills to impact and influence people
- Korean native or (fluent)
- Knowing English or French is an advantage
